Here's What's Happening
This Summer!
(Pre-registration is required for all activities) 

Beach Day Kickoff will be held on Friday, June 4th from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.  Come and join us at our "Beach Party" Kickoff for our annual Summer Reading Program.  There will be cookies, drinks, leis (that's flowered necklaces for those that don't know), beach boys music, face painting and more.  It will be a splash!  See you there!

Musical Fun With Allie will be held on Tuesday, June 22nd at 7:30pm for ages 3-10.  Come and enjoy a "boatload" of rollicking songs with Allie Weiler and her guitar.  Lots of audience participation too!

Pirates Ahoy Story Time will be held on Wednesday, June 23rd at 10:30am for ages 3-5.  Buccaneers are invited to come have some stories read, rhymes, and a craft.

Fishy Tales Story Time will be held on Wednesday, June 30th at 10:30am for ages 3-5.  Swimmin' stories are read, sea songs are sung, and a craft is made.  Lots of fishy fun!

Sand In A Bottle Craft will be held on Thursday, July 1st at 7:00pm for ages 5 and up.  Come and get creative with your own sand creation.  All materials provided.

Teen/Tween Tye-Dye Shirts With Sharpies will be held on Tuesday, July 6th at 7:00pm for ages 11-18.  You bring the shirt, and we'll supply the rest!  This was a big hit last year!  Sign up early as it will fill up fast.

Family Fun Night will be held on Thursday, July 8th at 7:00pm for ages 4 and up.  Crafts, sidewalk chalk art, snacks, and of course, our annual Scavenger Hunt through the library!

Wacky Water Games will be held Thursday, July 15th from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.  Our favorite gym teacher Cindy Campbell will come up with some great games - just be prepared to get a little wet!  A nice cool off on a warm summer's evening.

Paint A Flower Pot Craft will be held Tuesday, July 20th AND Thursday, July 22nd, both nights starting at 7:00pm for ages 5 and up.  This is a 2 part craft session (should sign up for both!).  Tuesday night we decorate our terra cotta pots and saucers, and then on Thursday, we'll put some soil in those pots and plant some pretty flowers!

Ventriloquist Bruce Weaver will present "Dive Into Adventures In Your Library' on Saturday, July 24th at 2:00pm for ages 3 and up.  You don't want to miss this program.  We've had Bruce here before and he's fantastic!  He'll make us all laugh with his antics and characters!

Teen Bottle Cap Pin Craft will be held Wednesday, July 28th at 2:00pm.  enjoy a fun afternoon with your friends at the library making pins from bottle caps with your favorite picture or saying from a magazine.  Everything is provided - unless you want to bring in your own picture to use.  Just make sure it fits into a bottle cap!

Beach Blanket Bingo will be held on Thursday, July 29th at 7:00pm for ages 5 and up.  Bring your beach towel to lay on as we play book bingo for great prizes and snack on some fishies!

First Week Of August:  Remember To Return Your List Of Library Books You've Read and Receive Your Prizes!

Family Skating Party will be held Sunday, August 15th from 2:30pm to 4:30pm at Trout Pond Park for all ages.  Pick up your free skating pass at the library.  Skate rental is extra.
