Monthly Specials

 Play K will be held Wednesday May 3rd, 17th, 24th and 31st from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.  Play K allows you to practice skills your child will need for kindergarten through play.  Stop in and try out our play stations.  They include toys, books, games, and helpful tips for parents.  No registration necessary – just stop in!

Book Club will be held Saturday, May 20th beginning at 10:00am.  Join the discussion.  This month’s book is “Necessary Lies” by Diane Chamberlain.

Monthly Programs

Kids Construction Club with Tuesday meets EVERY 3rd Monday from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.  It’s not just legos anymore!  Come and stretch your imagination by using our new building modeling systems that include: Flexi Blocks, Straw-nectors, Zoobs, Magna-Tiles and Tumble Tree Timbers.  The sky is the limit!

Friends’ Book Sales are held EVERY 2nd Tuesday from 3:00pm to 6:00pm and EVERY 4th Saturday from 10:00am to 1:00pm

Preschool Storytime will be held EVERY Wednesday beginning at 10:00am for ages 3-5.  Join Miss Monica for a fun-filled hour of games, stories, crafts and activities all designed to prepare your preschooler for kindergarten.  Siblings are welcome!

Couponing 101 will be held EVERY 3rd Thursday from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.  June Craig has done extensive research in the finding and use of coupons.  By putting into practice what she has learned, she has saved hundreds of dollars in just a short period of time buying only the products her family uses.  Come and find out how you can apply these couponing practices to your purchasing process so you can start saving too!

Adult Color Therapy will be held EVERY 4th Thursday from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.  Have you heard about the latest way for busy adults to wind down after a stress-filled day?  It’s coloring!  Come, hang out and relax!

Toddler Tales will be held EVERY Friday beginning at 10:00am for ages 1 to 3 years.  Join Miss Monica for a play date designed with your active toddler in mind.  Enjoy stories, songs, activities and simple crafts that will help your little ones to develop their motor and language skills.  Siblings are welcome!

 


Pre-registration is required for all activities unless otherwise stated and can be made  by calling 546-5014 during normal hours or stopping in at the library.
